Supertech gets co-developer

The Noida authority has approved a co-developer proposal for Supertech Limited's stalled housing projects, paving the way for the completion of delayed residential units across the city.
NOIDA:
The move comes after realty firm Apex came forward to infuse funds and deliver long-pending projects of Supertech Ltd. in Gautam Budh Nagar, and Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority areas.
Under the proposal, Apex will infuse capital, complete construction, and deliver the flats to homebuyers.
The matter is currently under consideration by the Supreme Court, which is scheduled to hear the Supertech case on August 13, 2025.
