LUCKNOW: The Allahabad High Court's Lucknow bench has observed that the Uttar Pradesh government's decision made no mention of the Hathras victim's family's request for rehabilitation in Ghaziabad or Gautam Buddh Nagar, therefore the state denied their plea. The court referred to a state government decision submitted in response to its earlier directive
