Minister of state (independent charge) for vocational education, skill development and entrepreneurship Kapil Dev Agarwal has said that skill development will play a key role in UP's trillion-dollar-economy push.
LUCKNOW: He said this while inaugurating an event, "Uttar Pradesh towards entrepreneurship development" organised by UP Skill Development Mission at the Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, on Tuesday.
