Trial Runs Begin for Meerut Metro Trains

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) on Sunday started the trial runs of Meerut metro with the train running between Meerut South and Meerut Central Station, officials said.
NEW DELHI:
The Meerut metro corridor is 23 km in length, with 18 km elevated and 5 km underground.
The NCRTC maintains the Regional Rapid Transport System (RRTS) in the NCR.
