NEW DELHI: Chief minister Atishi on Tuesday reiterated the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) promise to provide a monthly allowance of ₹2,100 for eligible women beneficiaries if the party is voted back to power in the upcoming Delhi assembly elections.

- HT Correspondent

NEW DELHI: The Delhi unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday warned the Aam Aadmi party (AAP)-led Delhi government that it will move the high court and hit the streets if the pending Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) reports are not tabled in the legislative assembly in the next 48 hours.

The BJP also accused the AAP of "deliberately suppressing" the CAG reports.

The AAP did not respond to HT's queries for a response.

The BJP's "ultimatum" to the AAP comes a day after lieutenant governor VK Saxena wrote to chief minister Atishi to convene a special sitting of the Delhi legislative assembly immediately to table the 14 pending reports.
