'MISLEADING PEOPLE': BJP HITS OUT AT AAP OVER SCHEMES

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday backed the claims by two departments of the Delhi government that the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) newly floated welfare schemes are "non-existent" and may misuse personal data, even as it slammed the Arvind Kejriwal-led party for "misleading the public".
NEW DELHI: The AAP hit back, saying that the saffron party is resorting to "negative politics".
Delhi BJP chief Virendra Sachdeva in a press conference said that the AAP government, in the guise of registration drives for such schemes, is "collecting people's personal data" like "digital fraudsters" which can be later "misused."
