Singer Sanju Rathod seems to have found the formula for viral success. His latest track, Shaky—now his fourth song to cross 100 million views on YouTube—has reached the Number 1 spot on YouTube's Top 100 Music Videos Global this week.
He has now edged out international hits like Rosé and Bruno Mars' APT and Ed Sheeran's Sapphire, marking a major moment for a homegrown artiste.
Talking to us, he says, "Challenges badh gaye hain. Of course I feel good that all of this is happening with Marathi music; aisa hua nahi tha kabhi. Back-to-back hits dena ek artiste ke liye bahut bada task hota hai."
