HC Rejects Plea Against Director of IIM Rohtak

The Punjab and Haryana high court has dismissed a petition challenging the 2017 appointment of Dheeraj Sharma as the director of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Rohtak in Haryana.

CHANDIGARH:
A bench of justice Kuldeep Tiwari also set aside a show-cause notice issued to Sharma by the Centre in 2022 over allegations that he concealed his academic qualifications.
