Mandatory Car Bins: HP to Launch App for Issuing Challans

As Himachal government's directive to install car bins in vehicles came into force on April 29, the government set to launch a mobile application to issue challans, officials said, adding that 40 officers from 13 departments have been authorised to take action.
SHIMLA:
The state government has made installing car bins mandatory in the vehicles to check littering, and directions have already been issued to all taxi operators, public transport and other private vehicles.
