Dehradun police arrested five people for allegedly attacking a retired Armyman with sharp weapons in Rishikesh on the day of Holi on Friday, an official said on Sunday.

DEHRADUN:
An FIR was registered under section 109 (1), 191 (2), and 333 of the BNS at Rishikesh police station, based on the complaint of Mamta Rawat, the wife of the victim Ashish Rawat.
