Tributes to refuse collector killed by his own lorry

A TORQUAY refuse collector has died after being struck by his own lorry.

The local man in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene at Higher Warberry Road, in Torquay, at around 12.45pm last Tuesday.
He worked for Swisco, Torquay Council’s waste management service. The incident has been reported to the Health and Safety Executive.
Torbay Council said it was cooperating fully with the authorities as the death is investigated.
