In the presence of Prof. Hamid M.K. Al-Naimiy, Chancellor of the University of Sharjah (UoS), the University of Sharjah and the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy (AGDA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing cooperation in the fields of research, training, and knowledge exchange.

The MoU was signed by Prof. Yousef Haik, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at UoS, and Dr. Mohammed Al Dhaheri, Deputy Director General of AGDA.
Prof, Hamid M.K. Al-Naimiy welcomed the attendees on behalf of Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed Al Gasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and President of the University of Sharjah, expressing the university's readiness to collaborate with the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy in academic and research fields.
This is inline with the University of Sharjah’s commitment to strengthening its partnerships with leading institutions, reflecting its dedication to supporting higher education and scientific research.
He added that this partnership will contribute to the development of scientific projects and research aimed at addressing community issues and achieving sustainable development, by utilsing the university's advanced research centres.
