Global honey market set to reach $15.59 billion

The global honey market size was valued at $8.94 billion in 2023 and is projected to grow from $9.40 billion in 2024 to $15.59 billion by 2032.

Honey consumption in the UAE is set to reach nearly 9,000 metric tonnes by 2026, according to recent figures. The country’s demand for the sweetener has been stable since 2017. In 2021, the UAE came in 33rd place.
