CDA launches second phase of 'Ethraa' programme

The Community Development Authority in Dubai (CDA) has launched phase two of the “Ethraa” programme, a pioneering initiative designed to enhance the institutional performance of public-benefit associations and strengthen the sustainability of their social impact through an upgraded framework of organisational standards.
The phase two is built on three main pillars encompassing eight core standards and 23 sub-standards, aligned with international best practices in governance, institutional efficiency, and social impact measurement.
These standards enable participating organisations to assess their capabilities with precision, elevate their operational performance, and ensure lasting community outcomes.
