Al Wahda win, Al Wasl stun Shabab Al Ahli

Al Wahda delivered a commanding performance on Sunday evening to secure a convincing 3-0 victory over Sharjah at home in Matchweek 23 of the Adnoc Pro League.

The Clarets struck twice in the first half and added a third late on to comfortably claim all three points and assert their top-flight credentials.

From the opening whistle, Al Wahda looked organized and aggressive in attack, setting the tone for a one-sided encounter. Their persistence paid off in the 28th minute when Argentine forward Facundo Daniel opened the scoring with a composed finish.

Timing his run to perfection, Facundo latched onto a clever through ball from Kevin Agudelo, calmly guiding it into the back of the net to make it 1-0.

Just six minutes later, the home side doubled their advantage through Jadsom da Silva. A powerful effort from outside the box was initially parried by the Sharjah goalkeeper, but Jadsom reacted fastest to the rebound, poking the ball over the line in the 34th minute to give Al Wahda a firm grip on the match.
