Ajman's realty valuations hit Dhs410m

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman reported completing 161 real estate valuation transactions during September 2025, with a total value of Dhs410 million.

Eng. Omar Bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department, stated that residential properties accounted for the largest share at Dhs179.8 million, followed by commercial properties worth Dhs120.4 million. The transactions also included valuations of industrial properties.
