Abu Dhabi court throws out loan fraud case

The Abu Dhabi Family, Civil, and Administrative Cases Court dismissed a lawsuit filed by a man against another demanding the repayment of Dhs15,000, along with additional fines.
The plaintiff claimed that he had agreed with the defendant, who allegedly worked at a bank, to facilitate the approval of Dhs800,000 loan with a monthly instalment of Dhs6,040 over 25 years, in return for a commission of Dhs25,000.
