Weight Loss Challenge draws record participation of 24,289

INDIAN MAN, PAKISTANI WOMAN WIN CASH PRIZES FOR LOSING MOST WEIGHT

Amrith Raj, an Indian man who shed 45.7kg, and Spin Ghatai Mohammad Yaqoob, a Pakistani woman who lost 25kg, emerged as the male and female champions in the RAK Biggest Weight Loss Challenge 2025.

Now in its fifth edition, the three-month initiative organised by RAK Hospital in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), invited individuals across the country to battle obesity.

Khalid Abdulla Mohammad Al Shehhi, Director of the Representative Office, MoHAP Ras Al Khaimah, and Dr Raza Siddiqui, Executive Director of RAK Hospital, presented prizes to the winners.
