Heavy rain lashed parts of the UAE yesterday afternoon, particularly in the eastern regions. Light to moderate rain was reported in Al Ain, parts of Dubai and Sharjah early yesterday.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) activated both yellow and orange alerts for various parts of the country yesterday, indicating conditions that require caution and preparedness, and in some areas, a need for immediate action.
