Dubai South Business Hub Free Zone is building a fully digital, SME-first ecosystem

REDEFINING THE SME JOURNEY THROUGH SPEED AND SCALE

Hassna Fadel, COO, Dubai South Business Hub Free Zone, receives the Best Free Zone for Startups & SMEs award from Captain Pradeep Singh, Founder and Chairman, Karma Developers, in the presence of Saska Macnab, Client Experience Manager, Christy El Khoury, Project Coordinator, Dr Habiba Al Marashi, Co-Founder and Chairperson, Emirates Environmental Group, Aparna Bajpai, Founder, BeingShe, and Vijay Vaghela, CEO, Gulf News

The core vision of Dubai South Business Hub Free Zone is to create an environment where SMEs can start, operate and scale with ease. Our approach is built on simplicity, accessibility and customer centricity. We designed our ecosystem around the needs of small and medium businesses, ensuring that every step of their journey is clear, fast and supported.

While many free zones focus on sector specific models or large scale operations, our vision places SMEs at the centre. We understand that entrepreneurs value speed, transparency and practical support, so our digital platform allows them to set up from anywhere with minimal paperwork. This is paired with a service model that focuses on long term relationships, not just licence issuance. Our aim is to give every business the right foundation to grow, supported by an ecosystem that removes friction and encourages progress.
