Al Raha Beach and Saadiyat Island lead gains as villa demand outpaces supply
Apartments near the waterfront have recorded the highest value gains in Abu Dhabi, particularly in Al Raha Beach and Saadiyat Island.
Property prices in Al Raha Beach have risen by 11 per cent since the first half of 2024, while Saadiyat Island homes have seen gains of 10 per cent, according to a new market update from Knight Frank.
"Both locations epitomise the prime beachfront living available in Abu Dhabi," says a new Knight Frank update on the emirate's residential real estate scene.
"Al Raha Beach [is] also benefiting from its proximity to the leisure attractions of Yas Island."
