His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, approved the formation of the Mohammad Bin Rashid Endowment District Board of Trustees, with RTA Director-General Mattar Al Tayer as its chairman.
