Dubai Mallathon to be annual three-month event from 2026

Inaugural edition sets Guinness World Record for the largest number of runners

Starting next year, Dubai Mallathon will be staged every summer from June 15 to September 15.

Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, made this announcement following the success of the inaugural edition.

The initiative, which transformed malls into indoor fitness tracks, concluded on Sunday after a month of activities across nine shopping centres. It attracted more than 40,000 participants.
