Senior IAS officer V Srinivas formally assumed charge as the state’s new Chief Secretary on Monday at the Secretariat, where outgoing CS Sudhansh Pant ceremonially handed over responsibilities.
Immediately after taking charge, 1989-batch IAS officer V Srinivas held his first meeting with senior officials.
