he teachings of Aristotle, the Bhagavad Gita, and the practice of meditation all point towards the same truth: happiness is a choice we make daily by cultivating positive attitudes, aligning our actions with a higher purpose, and connecting with our inner selves.

Happiness is one of the most universal and fundamental human pursuits. Everyone desires to be happy and to avoid suffering. But everyone defines happiness and means to attain it in their own way. In our cycle of life, we all pass through different phases and in each phase the aim or objective of our life keeps changing. Sometimes we achieve our goals and then change our goal posts and sometimes we keep struggling with the same aim or goal in vain. In our life, we fluctuate through the spiritual, philosophical, realistic, or worldly journey giving us some glitters of success and happiness in bits and pieces. But the blissful happiness remains elusive till we discover the ultimate purpose of our life and this has intrigued and inspired humanity since time immemorial.
