MA Financial backs FundBox's expansion

MA Financial will support the expansion of FundBox, a US fintech platform help- ing small and medium businesses (SMB) get fast access to capital, into Australia through a $100 million lending facility to support its lo- cal warehouse infrastructure.
FundBox said this facility will support its ability to deliver fast, integrated working-capital solutions and contributes to its US$2 billion annual global funding capacity. As part of its entry into the region, Fundbox will launch a digital-first capital tools.
"We are excited to partner with Fundbox on this milestone transaction, supporting its expansion into Australia through a bespoke asset-backed lending facility," MA Financial executive director of global credit solutions Guy Kaufman said.
