PHOENIX MILLS AIMS to scale up its retail property portfolio to over 14 million square feet by 2027 and over 18 million by 2030 from 11.5 million sq ft currently.
The largest mall operator in the country is looking to add new properties in Kolkata, Surat, Coimbatore, Thane, Chandigarh and other cities going ahead.
In FY25, it spent about ₹2,600 crore for the development potential and rest on construction spend across projects. Phoenix plans to spend ₹1,200-1,300 crore annually in its growth plans.
