AstroTalk Looks to Raise $50 Million, May Turn Unicorn

NOIDA-BASED online astrology platform AstroTalk is in the process of raising around $50 million at a valuation of around $1.2-$1.5 billion, according to people in the know.
If the round is successful, the company will become a unicorn—a startup with a valuation of over $1 billion.
AstroTalk had last raised $14 million in June 2024 at a valuation of around $300 million.
