IN A STRATEGIC MOVE to expand into intelligent automation, Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd (Sona Comstar) has partnered with Germany-based NEURA Robotics GmbH to codevelop and industrialise advanced robotics and humanoid technologies.
The collaboration positions the homegrown auto components maker at the forefront of the emerging humanoid robotics sector, which Bank of America estimates could see annual sales of 10 million units by 2035.
