AI is fundamentally changing how Indian companies hire, deploy and retain talent, but fears of large-scale job losses are overstated, said Mahe Bayireddi, CEO and co-founder of Phenom, a US-based HR tech firm that provides an intelligent talent experience platform to global enterprises.
