MARKWOOD insisted today England's stunning victory in Hyderabad will have India scrambling for a Plan B ahead of this week's Second Test, but says they are not yet getting carried away with talk of a famous series win.
Tom Hartley's seven-wicket haul on debut helped the tourists complete an unlikely comeback in the series opener, overhauling a 190-run first-innings deficit to triumph late on yesterday's fourth evening.
Rohit Sharma's side were in the boxseat for much of the Test, but Ollie Pope's brilliant 196 left an awkward chase of 231, before Hartley's seven-for-62 secured a 28-run success.
"It's one of our greatest wins - that tells you how big it was," Wood said today.
