Curry out for season after hip surgery

ENGLAND flanker Tom Curry will miss the Six Nations due to hip surgery that could sideline him for the rest of the season.
The 25-year-old Sale star is set to go under the knife in the next fortnight to clean out a problematic joint.
Curry's absence will prove a sizeable blow to both last term's Premiership finalists and to Steve Borthwick's England. He is an automatic Test starter and won his 50th cap in England's thirdplace play-off win over Argentina at the World Cup in France.
