RELEASE CLAUSE IN STRIKER'S NEW NAPOLI DEAL CLEARS PATH FOR MOVE
CHELSEA target Victor Osimhen has agreed terms on a new contract at Napoli that includes a release clause worth around £112million.
Osimhen is on Chelsea's shortlist as they plot a move for a top-level striker.
The Nigerian has reached an agree ment with Napoli on a contract until 2026, and the deal is set to end any prospect of him moving in January.
But Osimhen could still be on the move at the end of the season and a switch to Chelsea remains a possibility next summer.
A fixed price tag has now effectively been set and the Blues have been encouraged that Osimhen is open to a transfer to Stamford Bridge.
