POTTERY ATTRACTION REVEALS DETAILS OF NEW PROGRAMME OF ACTIVITIES FOR 2026
SHARPE'S Pottery Museum has announced an ambitious programme of events, exhibitions and activities as the South Derbyshire attraction looks ahead to a busy 2026.
The charity-run museum, based in a Grade II listed building in Swadlincote, says it remains committed to celebrating the area's rich ceramic and industrial heritage while offering a growing range of creative and community opportunities.
Managers say the museum is thriving as a cultural hub, with exhibitions, workshops and family events helping to share local stories and support its charitable work.
Income from donations, object “adoptions” and venue hire continues to play a vital role in keeping the museum's heritage alive.
