TOP SCORER FORCED TO MAKE EARLY EXIT AND EUSTACE RUES LOST LEAD IN HOME DEFEAT TO HORNETS
CARLTON Morris will undergo a scan as Derby County head coach John Eustace admitted the striker was in a "bad way" after being forced off in the 3-2 home defeat against Watford.
Morris was replaced in the 18th minute of the Championship clash as he went down clutching his knee after being checked off the ball by Kevin Keben.
The former Luton Town striker, who is the club's top scorer this season with 10 goals, attempted to continue but bashed his head in frustration when he realised he couldn't.
Derby now face an anxious wait for the outcome of a scan given that the forward has been a hugely pivotal figure since his arrival in the summer.
"Carlton's in a bad way, unfortunately," said Eustace.
