DEFENDER Terence Vancooten wants to give Burton Albion fans and everyone involved with the club the perfect present with two home wins over Christmas.
Hot off the heels of the credible point at Stevenage last Saturday, the Brewers host Northampton Town today (3pm) and are at home again against Wigan Athletic three days later on Monday night (7.45pm) as the games come thick and fast.
And a top tally of six points from a possible six is all the players want from Santa.
Asked about plans for the festive period, Vancooten said: “Just rest up and recover leading into the Christmas period.
“It would be nice to excite the fans with two home wins and make them happy and make their Christmas very jolly.”
Vancooten slotted in alongside George Evans at centre-back last weekend.
