Demolition of 'eyesore' cinema now complete - with half a million bricks reclaimed

THE demolition of a building in a Derbyshire town which had been dubbed a “major eyesore” has been completed by the council.
-
The site of Long Eaton's derelict Galaxy cinema has been cleared to make way for a development of smart affordable homes and three commercial units.
Upon demolishing the building, survey work is now taking place ready for foundations to go in.
