HDFC Bank Inaugurates New Tech and Digital Factory in Guwahati

Leading private sector lender HDFC Bank has inaugurated its new Tech and Digital Factory in Guwahati, a facility aimed at advancing technology development, innovation, and talent cultivation.

The centre is expected to boost skill development in Al, digital technologies, and cybersecurity in Assam.
This is the first such facility in Assam and the fourth in India, after Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Gurugram.
The building was inauguratedby AssamChief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma in the presence of Kaizad Bharucha, Deputy Managing Director, HDFC Bank; Ramesh Lakshminarayanan, Chief Information Officer; senior officials from the Assam government, partner academic institutions, and bank representatives.
