Delft residents are gatvol of 'morsige' day hospital treating them 'like diere'

RESIDENTS in Delft say they are gatvol of poor service delivery at the Delft Day Hospital.

Yesterday morning, a vrag mense held a peaceful picket outside the medical facility where they handed over a memorandum.

Residents say the poor service at Delft Day Hospital has been going on for years with no change, despite numerous complaints and protests.

They are now giving the day hospital two weeks to respond and for changes to take effect.

Kwaad ouma Shirley de Bruin said that one of the klagte from the community is mothers being turned away with their sick babies which have resulted in deaths.

She says: "We have decided that genoeg is genoeg because all lives matter. We are not going to stop until there is better service delivery to our community in Delft.
