Elsies actor aims to bring smiles amid the violence on the Vlakte

IT IS usually not funny to live amid, and outlive, the issues of the Cape Flats.

But an Elsies River actor is using his social media accounts to make mense lag with his funny skits and online persona.

Known as Elsies River's Most Wanted on the socials, Tristan du Preez, 29, has been making the rounds on social media recreating the daily lives mense face in Coloured households with a twist of comedy to it.

Tristan is no stranger to the acting industry as he has featured on some of South Africa's top soapies such as Suidooster, Arendsvlei, Kelders Van Geheime and featured in a short film called Die Blokke to name a few.

The talented actor said that the aim of his skits is to make mense laugh and forget about their worries for a moment.
