Kite-surfer is found dead at sea after massive Table Bay search
THE National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) has confirmed that missing Bloubergstrand kite-surfer Graham Howes has been found deceased after a massive search operation.
NSRI spokesperson, Craig Lambinon, said Howes' body was recovered at sea yesterday after the 38-year-old was reported missing on Sunday.
Camera footage obtained by local security shows Graham, on a blue and black kiteboard, with a white kite sail with red writing, in a black wetsuit in the vicinity offshore of Eden on the Bay at 1pm.
Reports claimed that rescuers have found his kite off Robben Island.
