Why is girl giving me cold shoulder?

I FEEL like a rabbit caught in headlights.

I know I should confront my girlfriend about her weird, selfish behaviour but I’m too frightened to find out what’s going on.

Is she sleeping with someone new? Has she gone off me? Either way she’s being cruel, distant and secretive and we’re not having sex.

Things were fine up until October 1 and then she changed. I suggested a weekend break for her birthday, but she wouldn’t give me a straight answer.

I took the initiative, booked a romantic hotel and she called me a “control freak”. I ended up losing my deposit.

I don’t know what I’ve done wrong but the fire has fizzled out and she’s become dismissive and cold. She’s increasingly going out with “her friends” and excluding me from plans.
