Use big bonuses & £22bn dividends for water jobs

So Ofwat are allowing the water companies to up the water price, ostensibly, to pay for infrastructure upgrades.

If the companies had been honest, and payed less big bonuses for the CEOs etc, if they had not payed £22 billion to shareholders and did what a responsible company would and should have done, then that money could have been used for the upgrade, instead of the mugs, sorry, customers, paying for it, twice. Ofwat appear to be in league with these monopoly companies, and it stinks of fiddle if you ask me. Dougie2shoes
