ASTON VILLA ace Morgan Rogers could barely hide his joy after agreeing a new deal until 2031.

The attacking midfielder, 23, joined Villa from Middlesbrough in February 2024 for £8m and has gone on to become one of Unai Emery's most important players.

The England star had been linked with a move to Chelsea, but Villa have moved decisively to secure the long-term services of their prized asset by giving him an improved contract - his third in less than two years.
