SAM BYRAM insists laid-back Sean Longstaff transforms into a different animal on the pitch, after praising his Leeds teammate for adding a bit of bite to midfield.

The 28-year-old (above) has settled in well since a £12m summer move from Newcastle and is set to make an eighth consecutive Premier League start of the campaign when Daniel Farke's side make the long trip to face Brighton.

Longstaff has made a good first impression on and off the pitch and Byram reckons there's a steely side to the chilled-out Geordie that adds something extra to the Leeds engine room.
