ALI CARTER insists he hasn’t given his Masters spat with Ronnie O’Sullivan a second thought ahead of the World Championship.
The bad blood between the pair dominated as ‘The Rocket’ saw off ‘The Captain’ in the Alexandra Palace showpiece in January.
Carter accused O’Sullivan of “snotting all over the floor” during the match, while the seven-time world champion, 48, hit back with an extraordinary expletive-filled rant about his opponent in his post-match press conference.
“He needs to sort his f***ing life out,” said an irate O’Sullivan, who added that Carter was a “nightmare” to play against.
But Carter says there has been no dialogue with O’Sullivan since – “no, I haven’t spoken to him” he revealed – and was adamant there was no need for any clear-the-air talks.
He said: “I reflect on it as a really good tournament.
