Bid to stop people retiring early

OVER-50S should be given a three-day working week, says a former pensions minister.

Baroness Ros Altmann, left, said the Swedish-style system would encourage older people to stay in jobs rather than retire early.

She also recommended tax breaks for employers to make hiring older people more attractive.
