HARRY KANE is ready to give England's rivals a licking after quitting ice cream.

The Bayern Munich striker wants to carry his red-hot form into next summer's World Cup.

And, after a gruelling season which was extended by the Club World Cup, Kane (right) is keeping himself in tiptop condition with extra training and a healthy diet.

That means going easy on extra scoops of his favourite ice cream.
