Spurs' Wales ace can see off Belgians
CRAIG BELLAMY'S Wales can pick themselves off the canvas and take a massive step towards the World Cup finals when they face Belgium on Monday.
The pair meet in a crucial qualifier at Cardiff City Stadium, with Wales still eyeing an automatic spot in next summer's showpiece in the USA, Mexico and Canada.
But Bellamy’s men may still be feeling punch-drunk from the early pummelling handed out at Wembley by England on Thursday, where they trailed 3-0 after 20 minutes.
The Wales boss admitted he “got his a**e kicked” by the Three Lions - but make no mistake, the Dragons will be fired up for the visit of Belgium and roared on by a partisan crowd, the likes of Brennan Johnson and Harry Wilson could give Belgium a bloody nose.
With a trip to Liechtenstein and another home clash with North Macedonia to come next month, Bellamy’s boys have their Group J fortunes in their own hands.
