DAME Joan Collins reckons she beat sexism to make it as an actress.
She is convinced it's always been tougher for women but she refused to let that stop her.
She said: "For women, it's always been hard to get roles. That hasn't changed. But I was very lucky in my career. It's never been that hard for me to get roles. My career was just like falling off a log. It was very easy."
